Downloading Zoom Cloud Recordings

Overview

When using cloud recordings in Zoom, you can move your recordings to an alternate space for storage.

Process

1. Log into Zoom
2. View your recordings by clicking Recordings
3. In the Cloud Recordings section, click the check box of the video you want to download
4. Click the More button
5. Select Download
   • Your file(s) will be downloaded in MP4 format to your computer, usually to the Downloads folder.
   • If the video was transcribed, the captions will be downloaded as a separate VTT file.

Uploading video files to UO cloud services

You can upload video files to UO OneDrive, UO Dropbox, or Panopto in Canvas depending on your purposes for your video content.
